1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using DOOMTRADER ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

DOOMTRADER is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All trading signals, analysis, machine learning predictions, and content provided through this Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and bear all risk of loss. Past performance, including backtested results, is not indicative of future results.

3. RISK DISCLOSURE

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Leveraged products such as NQ futures carry a high level of risk. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the rate specified for your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

5. REFUND POLICY

All sales of digital subscriptions and lifetime access are final. No refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or subscription access with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, algorithms, machine learning models, trade signals, and software on DOOMTRADER are proprietary. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service.

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed signals, delayed alerts, or losses resulting from service downtime.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall DOOMTRADER, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
